This course allows the participants to discover the importance of Well-Being, it’s holistic nature and how one can improve their overall well-being & happiness. We hope to prepare participants to make it part of their own lives and the lives of their students. We will demonstrate the importance of enhancing positive emotions, character development, life satisfaction, and spirituality.
Participants will engage in and experience guided mindfulness practices, prepare to integrate it into their SPHE lessons and acquire some wonderful child-friendly mindfulness exercises to explore in the classroom.
Participants will acquire a set of positive, empowering skills and techniques to integrate mindfulness & well-being in their everyday lives. Subsequently, the pupils will also be introduced to the benefits of mindfulness in the classroom. This course offers a range of ideas, concepts and suggestions for practical use in the classroom.
